Simply visit your account area and select ‘my consultation results’ from the menu on the left and then click ‘retake consultation.’ We recommend you take the consultation every couple of months to make sure you stay in tip top shape. If there are any major changes to your lifestyle or diet during the time you’re taking Vive we recommend retaking the consultation more frequently.
You can take your supplements at any time during the day but we recommend you take them with food for best results.

Our capsules are not designed to be opened, however if you were to mix the powder with food or water, it would still work and be absorbed by the body in the same way.
Our VIVE tubes are circular, so they wouldn’t fit through a normal sized letterbox. We can deliver to your workplace or it could be left with a neighbour.

You can cancel your subscription from within your account area at any time. Make sure you’re logged in and click the profile icon in the top right of your screen. Once you’re in your account area, click ‘subscriptions’ from the menu on the left and then click ‘cancel subscription’.
You can change your delivery address from within your account area. Simply click the profile icon in the top right of your screen. Once in your account area, click the left menu option ‘addresses’ and then click ‘edit’ next to the address you want to update.
You will receive 28 packs with each order. If you have a subscription, your next order will arrive every 28 days from then onward.
No you can’t purchase one month at a time – when you make your first order your Vive account is set-up on a monthly subscription. However we have made it easy to cancel your subscription at any time if you ever need to.

Yes, you can. You can pause your next delivery at any time and you can delay delivery by 1, 2 or 3 weeks. This can be helpful when you’re away on holiday or you’ve missed a few days and you’re catching up. This can be done from within your account area by clicking ‘my orders’ in the menu on the left.
Our Omega 3 uses bovine gelatin from cows and doesn’t contain pork although it isn’t Halal certified.

Yes, absolutely you can amend your VIVE pack to add different vitamins or take out existing ones. On your account, go to your pack and click ‘add to pack’ and/or ‘remove’ to amend your selection.
